1. Description

C8051F360-C-GQR devices have on-chip power-on reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer and clock oscillator, which is a truly independent system-on-chip solution. The flash memory can even be reprogrammed online to provide non-volatile data storage, and 8051 firmware can be upgraded in the field. User software can fully control all peripheral devices, and can individually shut down any or all peripheral devices to save power for the following purposes. The on-chip Silicon Labs 2-wire (C2) development interface allows non-intrusive (not using on-chip Resources), full speed, online debugging (using the production MCU installed in the final application). This debugging logic supports checking and modifying memory and registers, setting breakpoints, and a single Step, run and pause commands. When debugging, all analog and digital peripherals are operating normally Use C2. The two C2 interface pins can be shared with user functions, so in-system debugging can be performed without occupying package pins. The rated operating voltage of each device is 3.0 to 3.6 V (100 MIPS) or 2.7 to 3.6 V (50 MIPS). Industrial temperature range (-40 to +85°C). The maximum input signal that the port I/O and RST pin can withstand is 5V. C8051F36x devices are packaged in 48-pin TQFP, while C8051F36x devices are packaged in 32-pin LQFP and 28-pin QFN packages (also known as MLP or MLF packages). All packaging of this type is lead-free (compliant with RoHS requirements).
