It features a 65MHz maximum frequency oscillator, a 2mV maximum output accuracy, a 2.5mV peak-to-peak output accuracy, a 0.4A current regulation accuracy, and a 20A maximum current capacity.The CAT3606HV4-T2 also provides several protection functions, including a wide range of temperature protection, over-voltage protection and a power-good indication.Several protection circuitries are also included to protect the chip from damage due to instantaneous current, under-voltage, over voltage, reverse voltage and short-circuit conditions.
