CC2595RGTR Application Field and Working PrincipleCC2595RGTR is a low noise amplifier (LNA) and power amplifier (PA) combination product, designed and developed by Texas Instruments. The CC2595RGTR integrates these two components, allowing designers to be more efficient in realizing RF front-end design. The two components are optimized for ISM applications such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The CC2595RGTR combines the power amplifier and LNA in a single product and features two inputs and two outputs. The internal switching circuit allows the device to perform a complete switching operation between the two stages. Its input signal is automatically retransmitted on the output side without external circuit control.The CC2595RGTR is designed for a 2450 MHz (ISM band) operation and is able to support up to 1000 mW power level. The LNA gain is +16 meters, for excellent receive sensitivity, and the PA gain is + 21.3 dBm, for a strong output drive.As a RF front-end, the CC2595RGTR features excellent isolation (70 dB) between the two stages, which can prevent the input signal from saturating the power amplifier. It also features high output IP3 of 36dbm.The CC2595RGTR also features several other advantages for RF front-end applications, such as its small size (only 6.3mm x 6.3mm) and low power consumption (35mA for PA, and 16mA for LNA).
