The CC4825E2V SSR is a non-contact type switching device which uses a body diode bridge as the switching element. It is designed for applications that demand a very fast response time, such as those found in motor control, and is suitable for a variety of AC and DC loads. The CC4825E2V is mounted on a two-stage terminal block for input and output, and is mechanically and thermally durable with a rated life of up to 100,000 operations.

The CC4825E2V has an input voltage range of 12-24VDC, which makes it suitable for use in a variety of applications. The CC4825E2V’s output voltage range of 24-48V AC/DC makes it well-suited for controlling medium-sized loads with a load current of up to 25A. It operates at switching frequencies of up to 150 Hz and can switch a maximum of 12A at 50 Hz and 5A at 150 Hz.

The CC4825E2V uses optically coupled MOSFETs as the switching element. When a control signal of 12-24VDC is applied to the input, the input LED emits light and activates the MOSFETs, which closes the switch. This allows current to flow and activate the load. When the control signal is removed, the input LED is off and the MOSFETs open the switch and deactivates the load.
