As a result, a large amount of current flows through the junction in a single direction and creates a voltage across it.The reverse bias voltage of the CD0805-B120 diode rectifier is limited to 155V with a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.1mA. The maximum power dissipation of the device is approximately 1W. Under reverse bias condition, the device should be operated within the specified temperature range of -40C to 175C.The CD0805-B120 is a forward-biased single diode rectifier that has low forward voltage drop and high forward current capability.
