The CD214L-T28CALF series of TVS diode has an operating voltage of 28 V, a clamping voltage of 41 V, a power dissipation rating of 4.7 Watts, a capacitance of 27 pF, a thermal resistance of 175 deg C/W, and a response time of less than 0.5 picoseconds. It is available in the DFN2.1 by 1.6 mm SMD package and is designed to handle high energy transients within its specifications.
