CD4011BPW is a Quad 2-Input NAND Gate integrated circuit (IC). The IC package provided with this type is a 14-Pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-line Package). The main advantage of this type of devices is that it is powered using a single power supply, and it offers high noise immunity, as well as latch up protection. The internal configuration of the IC is formed from four independent NAND gates of two inputs each.
