CD40192BPWRE4 is an integrated circuit (IC) of counters and dividers in the logic family. It is specifically from the General Purpose Logic IC series. This IC is an improved version of the CD4007A family ICs and UD5414. It has two sections for counters, dividers, registers, and control logic. It comes in a 16-pin DIP (Dual-In-Line Package).
