There is also an asynchronous clear input, allowing for all Flip-Flop outputs to reset quickly. When the enable control inputs are LOW, both Flip-Flop outputs are forced to a known state (LOW, HIGH, or no change).The CD4027BPW can be used in a variety of applications which require high performance logic operation and synchronisation, such as frequency divider circuits and digital frequency synthesizers. Other common applications include counter circuits and shift registers.The CD4027BPW is also available in a Standard Lead package and a Surface-Mount package.
