CD4053BPWG4 is a three-channel CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer and is a member of Texas Instruments’ 4000 series CMOS logic ICs. The IC is typically used for connecting analog signals to systems controlled by digital signals, and offers multiplexing, switching and logic control between analog signals and digital signals.The device is an IC consisting of three separate INVERTING analog switches and has one single-pole triple-throw (SP3T) switch and two single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches. The IC implements the SPI interface communication protocol to control the opening and closing of the switches from the digital inputs.

CD4053BPWG4 is designed to accommodate logic voltages of 3V to 15V and consequently has a very small on-resistance when operating at voltages up to 15V.
