CD4093BM96 is a set of four independent, 2-input NAND Schmitt Trigger Gates, each of which accepts standard TTL input levels and provide true complementary outputs. These devices feature very tight timing specifications which are independent of voltage, temperature and processing. They are used extensively in circuits requiring very sharp transitions and good noise immunity (e.g. computers, keyboards, timers and PLL’s).

Application Field

CD4093BM96 is mainly applied in low power applications including logic buffers, timing circuits, memory elements and logic gate applications. Since it is a two input NAND Schmitt Trigger, it can produce a predictable slow change in output when connected to an external capacitor and driven by a slow changing input voltage. Working Principle
