CD74HCT7046AM is a Low-Power CMOS Dual 4-to-16 Line Decoders/Multiplexers by Texas Instruments and is part of the Clock/Timing – Clock Generators, PLLs, Frequency Synthesizers. The device features two 4x16 decoders/multiplexers with inverting outputs and two enable inputs.
