Evaluation and Demonstration Boards and Kits
CDBCAPTPL2 is a high-throughput, low-power evaluation board designed to showcase the capabilities of the Comnetix CDBCAPTPL2 Application Field and Working Principle. It is used to demonstrate the use of two 8-bit A/D\'s, two 2-bit A/D\'s and four 1-bit A/D\'s. It is capable of transferring data from one A/D to the other over long distances with minimal interference and is also capable of generating complex waveforms.
The CDBCAPTPL2 is powered by an integrated 8-bit microcontroller that runs on a single 5V power supply. It supports two different communication protocols such as SPI and I2C. The board features a wide variety of software as well as a simple graphical programming environment that can be used to create simple programs. Additionally, a USB interface is provided for programming and debugging purposes.
The board also features several useful features. It is capable of generating complex waveforms such as sine waves, square waves and triangle waves.
