CDBF70-HF is a single diode rectifier which is ideal for applications requiring higher forward current and low leakage current. It is manufactured by adding a serial resistor inside the schottky diode. This allows the forward and reverse voltages to be better controlled, improving efficiency, and reducing power losses. The breakdown voltage of this diode is up to 600V, PIV up to 600V, and power dissipation of 1.7W. It also has lower junction capacitance for a smooth switching operation.

Working Principle of CDBF70-HF
