CGHIO073 is a Human Machine Interface (HMI) - Accessories, designed and used for controlling various components within a system. It has the features of a wide array of digital I/O, analog I/O and communication protocols, which makes it suitable for different areas of control automation.CGHIO073 is a multi-function device, integrating a combination of digital I/O, analog I/O and communication protocol. Digital I/O support includes two 8-bit ports, two 16-bit ports, and one 32-bit port, up to four inputs and four outputs can be connected to one card. Analog I/O supports two 16-bit analog inputs and two 8-bit analog outputs, enabling precise sensor and actuator control. It operates on industrial protocols such as CAN, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS and Modbus, allowing the CGHIO073 to be integrated into any industrial control system.CGHIO073 is used in applications such as process control, factory automation, automation of discrete components, data acquisition, machine control and industrial network communication. It is designed for the control of machines such as machining centers, lathes, press brakes, robots and other automated equipment. Additionally, the CGHIO073 is used in applications such as weighing systems, monitoring systems and process lines. It is also used in control systems for HVAC, heating and cooling systems, flow control, monitoring systems and energizing / de-energizing of sensors. Moreover, CGHIO073 can be used in production control systems for controlling the sequence and the logic of the production, monitoring the production-line systems and maintaining records of the operation of the system.The working principle of CGHIO073 is twofold.
