The input voltage range is 18V to 76V, with wide temperature range and input reverse voltage protection. The output voltage is regulated up to 1% accuracy, with low ripple and noise. The CHS3002412-U range of DC/DC converters is based on the step-down buck topology, which has been common within circuitry for almost a century. The buck-boost topology makes use of two inductors and one switch along with the rectifier, while high-frequency switching of the switch regulates the output voltage.
