Working Principle

This DC-DC converter accomplishes its power conversion by first converting incoming 48V input voltage into 48V, three-phase rectified AC voltage. This voltage is then rectified and filtered, reducing the AC ripple levels to acceptable levels. The rectified AC voltage is then fed into a power factor correctiveController, which further reduces the harmonic distortion of the incoming voltage.

The rectified and filtered AC voltage is then converted into a DC voltage via an bidirectional link IO converter. This allows the converter to regulate the output voltage and current levels to the desired levels, providing efficient and reliable power conversion. Once the desired levels are reached, the bidirectional link IO converter shuts off, allowing the DC-DC converter to maintain the desired output even when voltage or current levels fluctuate.
