CJD31C TR13 Application Field and Working Principle

Application Field

CJD31C TR13 is an NPN silicon small signal transistor that has been mainly used in a variety of electronic applications, including amplifying circuits and switching circuits.

As it has an easy to use TO-92 package, CJD31C TR13 is widely used for general purpose applications, such as low-frequency amplifiers and audio amplifiers. Additionally, it can also be applied as a switch in print-control and audiтo boards, and as an actuator in various electronics.

Working Principle

When used in Amplifying Circuits, CJD31C TR13 works by controlling the current flow within a circuit. A control voltage is supplied to the base region of the CJD31C TR13 and this voltage is used to modify the current flowing through the collector and emitter. The larger the voltage, the higher the current will be.

In Switching Circuits, CJD31C TR13 controls the switching of the current by amplifying the base voltage.
