CMDZ5254B TR Application Field and Working Principle

The CMDZ5254B TR, or Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diode, is categorized under the diode series of Zener Diodes - Single. It has the function of providing protection for a range of electronic component against overvoltage transients along with the clamping voltage of around 42V.
