Working principle
CMF5589K800BHEA is composed of power resistor, terminals and adjustment parts. When voltage is applied, current generates Joule heat in the power resistor, passing through the connecting wire, and then out of the lead-out terminal; when adjusting the adjustment part, the movable contact moves to increase or decrease the contact resistance and finally to obtain the accurate output current. The voltage drop across the resistor arms is proportional to the current through the arms. This relationship is described by Ohm\'s law.
