CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) MOSFET (metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor) is designed used in analog and digital integrated circuits and also used to fabricate low-power circuit. CMOS MOSFET has two transistors that allow current to pass through them-an n-channel FET (N-type FET) and a p-channel FET (P-type FET).
