COP8AME9EMW8/NOPB is an 8-bit CMOS microcontroller family, based on CISC (Complex Instruction Set Computer) Architecture. It is embedded with a CPU, SRAM memory and ROM memory as well as other features. It is a highly integrated 8-bit control and timing solution for thermoelectric, frequency, remote control and other embedded applications.
