The output load can operate with a power up to 250W.The CPC2907B’s output can be turned off either through the control signal circuit or manually. In the latter case, the transistor gate is kept shut off by having the base-emitter circuit pulled away from any external dc voltage.In summary, the CPC2907B is suitable for applications where high control precision is required.
