The CPFE1000FI-28/CH is an AC/DC converter. More specifically, it is a single-phase medium frequency high-power adjustable AC-DC converter. This converter utilizes a high-power semiconductor bridge drive, integrated-gate-commutated-thyristor (IGCT), and a third-harmonic-current-control-mode (HCCM).
