CPV364M4F is a type of IGBT module having a chip component from ABB to combine fast switching characteristics with voltage over-load safety. As a part of ABB’s IGBT family, this module is designed for general purpose inverter applications for pulse and induction energy control in variable frequency motor drives and welding machines.CPV364M4F has a rated current of up to 150A, with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 650V and a low overall threshold voltage of only 0.75V.
