Introduction

Working Principle
The CSM-015G-LF consists of a differential pressure sensor which is hooked up with a four-terminal Wheatstone bridge circuit to measure pressure. Its measurement accuracy can be adjusted with the help of a calibration capacitance circuit, also known as the differential capacitance bridge. This circuit is highly sensitive to the fluctuations in the pressure, which helps to measure the true pressure value. The differential pressure sensor in the device is placed between two closed reference chambers. The changes in the bridge circuit parameters create an imbalanced voltage contrast between the two terminals near the pressure sensors. The imbalanced voltage contrast is then processed by an internal data processor and transmitted to the output interface. This output signal is then further processed to determine the actual pressure value.
