The chip integrates a range of features, including a fully programmable frequency synthesizer, differential output enable and bypass, low-reset jitter, and programmable Polyphase Filtering.The CY22393FXAT provides integrated frequencies ranging from 4 MHz to 508 MHz with frequency steps of 1 kHz. It also provides a differential output buffer with programmable output enable and bypass in order to drive high impedance loads with low jitter. It is also capable of providing frequency multiplication up to 16x, as well as differential output enable and bypass.The core of the CY22393FXAT is its programmable frequency synthesizer, which provides four frequency bands with maximum resolution of 1 kHz. The frequency determination is based on an external reference signal in the range of 10 kHz to 50 MHz. The frequency bands are defined by two external resistors connected to the output divider inputs.The differential output buffer allows the CY22393FXAT to drive high-impedance loads with near zero jitter and low noise. This is achieved by using a differential output stage that ensures a low-jitter signal with better signal-to-noise ratio.
