It integrates a low noise, fast-locking, high performance voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and a programmable frequency divider. The VCO is driven by a programmable current source. The sense amplifier varies the VCO current level, creating the frequency stepping action.
The CY24130ZXC-1T also supports fast lock times over a wide temperature range, ±150 ppm to ±40 ppm VCO frequencycentering accuracy, and ±50 ppm to ±30 ppm measurement window to cover ±50 ppm to ±10 ppm VCO frequency centering accuracy.
