CY2XP221ZXI is a differential PCIE multi-output Clock generator, designed to meet the stringent requirements of high speed serial interconnects such as PCI Express 3.0, Display Port or 10/100/1000 Ethernet. It offers an ideal solution for ultra low jitter Clock generation in wireless base stations, wireless communications, industrial automation and test equipment applications.

The device supports high speed, low frequency clock generation for applications up to 350 MHz with jitter performance of <1ps RMS typical. It uses differential input and output differential clock sources, allowing for very low jitter transmissions over long distances. It also has two auxiliary outputs for synchronization and two output enables for generating clock signals on multiple channels. The CY2XP221ZXI also utilizes adaptive adaptive input rejection technology to reject unwanted noise on the inputs while maintaining low ppm jitter on the output.
