CYV15G0103EQ-LXC is a specialized interface component from Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. This component is an ultra-low power, single-channel low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transmitter which is ideal for high-speed, long-distance, gigabit serial data communication applications where power savings and minimal system footprint are of paramount concern. CYV15G0103EQ-LXC supports LVDS transmission at a rate of up to 2.5Gbps with a signal-to-noise ratio of 35dB. It also features signal amplitude of 350mV and a propagation delay of 5ns. The device is also compliant with ANSI Standards EIA/TIA-644 and is approved for operation in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +105°C.
