This digital word has a value that is related to the voltage output of the DAC. The digital word of the DAC725KP is an 8-bit digital word that can represent 256 different levels of voltage.When the DAC725KP is activated, it sends a digital code (a voltage) to its output. The precision of this voltage is determined by the number of data bits in the digital word sent to the DAC. The accuracy is determined by the reference voltage used.
