DAC7634E is a high-performance 10-bit buffered digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed for precise voltage control applications. Its typical application field can be instrumentation, medical devices, communications and digital control loops. The device features a tightly regulated internal voltage reference and a high voltage output amplifier that is capable of driving to within 5 mV of the VDD and VSS supplies.

The DAC7634E has a buffered voltage output, which provides a low output impedance and rail-to-rail operation. The output amplifier has user-selectable shut down and force-to-zero control pins, while the internal reference can be set to any value of VDD plus or minus 5 %.
