DAU15SBF is simply a combination of a controller, a drive, and a motor. It is designed to provide operational flexibility, cost efficiency, and control accuracy. DAU15SBF is designed specifically for servo motion applications. The DAU15SBF application field is mainly used in fields such as CNC machining centers, machine tools, robots, etc. In addition, its application field is also suitable for packaging, printing, high-speed weaving, material handling, automation and many other automatic equipment and processes.This system provides a reliable and efficient way to generate pulse stream and command signal input while keeping tight synchronism between each signal, which ensures that the amplitude, duration and phase of each pulse matches exactly with the input reference signal and within the requirement of actually application. It complies with the requirements of motion control applications with an excellent performance in terms of accuracy, responsiveness and reliability.The main working principles of DAU15SBF system are based on isochronous track. This method is used to enable precise and synchronous control of motion. It consists of two main processes, the isochronous pattern generation and isochronous tracking, which ensure that the speed and direction of the application devices product consistent, accurate and steady motions.In the isochronous pattern generation process, the system uses a reference signal as input in order to generate an output pulses stream in real time. The reference signal contains information about desired speed and direction, and the output pulses stream is synchronized with the reference signal and matches with the settings of the amplifier characteristics. In the isochronous tracking process, the system receives feedback signals from the driven devices in order to adjust the generated pulses stream. The feedback signals are analyzed in order continue to generate precise pulses stream. This will help to keep the actual motor speed in constant sync with the reference signal and the desired speed set by the user. The system is able to detect any difference in the speed and take corrective measures to maintain the speed according to the desired setting.The isochronous track system and the combination of controller, drive and motor make DAU15SBF an ideal solution for motion control applications, which need tight synchronism, accuracy, responsiveness and reliability. It can be used in CNC machining centers, machine tools, robots and other automation processes and equipment.
