The DCG85X1200NA is a three-phase diode array that is designed for rapid action, high speed, and high reliability. It is suitable for applications such as AC-DC and DC-DC converters, variable speed drives, and general power converter design.

The DCG85X1200NA is an array of four 8A, 200V, fast recovery rectifier diodes with an integrated anti-parallel thyristor. It includes two diodes connected in parallel, two TBRs, an integrated diode and an integrated gate driver in an industry-standard 6-pin Power Design Area (PDA) package.

The DCG85X1200NA has low reverse recover charge, fast soft-recovery characteristics, and improved reverse-blocking capability. This rectifier array is designed to ensure that the temperature generated through power loss is minimized during operation, helping to reduce EMI. In addition, its integrated thyristor significantly reduces power consumption, as power losses are minimized by eliminating the switching losses of the rectifier diodes. This feature greatly reduces the number of components needed for power supply design.

When the AC input is lower than the output, the rectifier will become reverse-biased and current will not flow. Therefore, the output voltage of the rectifier diode array will remain constant.
