DG202BDQ-E3, a semiconductor device manufactured by TTL Logic, is a member of the families of analog switches, multiplexers and demultiplexers. It is suitable for a wide variety of military, broadcasting, industrial and commercial applications. The DG202BDQ-E3 is designed using BiCMOS technology with a maximum operating voltage of 16 V and a maximum operating temperature of -20 to +85 degrees Celsius. It features a -3 dB bandwidth of 0.2 GHz and an isolation of 25 dB.The DG202BDQ-E3 is a Unity-Gain Selector/Buffer. The device can be used to connect one output signal to one of two or more different input signals. The DG202BDQ-E3 is a 4-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer which can switch between up to four different input signals. The device includes three control inputs which determine which of the four channels is selected, and one enable input which is used to activate the multiplexer/demultiplexer. When the device is enabled, the control input signals will select the correct channel and allow the signal connected to that channel to flow through to the output. When the device is disabled, all channels will be switched off.The DG202BDQ-E3 can be used in a wide range of applications such as signal routing, signal buffering, multiplexing and demultiplexing. It can be used in audio applications such as amplifiers, mixers and sound cards.
