The AH7MN is a servo-motor controlled AC use pixel motor. It uses two components to generate torque, one permanent split-capacitor IC motor and one encoder. The permanent split-capacitor motor rotates the output shaft, while the encoder continuously reports the absolute angular position. This allows the motor to control its position with precision.
The AH7MN’s working principle begins with the application of a voltage to the motor. When the voltage is applied, the permanent split-capacitor motor shaft rotates, causing the encoder to measure the absolute angular position. This data is then fed to a control system which adjusts the motor speed, acceleration, and/or torque to attain the desired result. In general, the control system will communicate with the AH7MN via a serial communication protocol.
