DLP4500NIRFQD is a specialized IC designed specifically for near-infrared laser applications, such as imaging and sensing. It offers a high signal to noise ratio and low power consumption with a maximum signal processing speed of 125 MHz.The DLP4500NIRFQD utilizes the principle of laser-diode polarization to achieve its near-infrared imaging capabilities. It has a long dark current cycle, allowing longer exposure times. It also has a low noise operation due to its deep sub-micron design. In addition, it has a high dynamic range of 65536 steps, allowing for an extremely large color range for imaging applications. The device is capable of operating over the -20°C to +70°C temperature range, eliminating the need for temperature compensation. The package uses surface mount technology, reducing the overall size of the device while providing good thermal performance. The device utilizes a high efficiency SiGe FET amplifier, which ensures low power consumption and superior signal-to-noise ratio performance. The output of the amplifier is run through separate high- and low-pass filters to provide a clear signal output. This is then amplified again and sent to the output stage of the device, which is optimized for near-infrared laser applications.The DLP4500NIRFQD’s advanced design allows for high-quality imaging performance with low power consumption and a high dynamic range. It is an ideal choice for applications that require near-infrared laser imaging, such as remote sensing, medical imaging, industrial measurement and high-speed imaging.
