The DM74AS1805N is a Quad 2-Input NAND Gate which features high performance Quad CMOS circuit technology in a 14-pin plastic dual in-line package. It is designed to provide the general logic capabilities that are required in most logic systems. This circuit is comprised of four separate circuits and each one is capable of repairing two logic inputs and providing a single logic output every logic input has its own active low enable input which allow the output to be forced high when the enable input is inactive. It belongs to the Logic - Gates and Inverters (LGI) family.

The DM74AS1805N is an ideal choice for applications requiring fast switching speeds, low power consumption and excellent noise immunity. The wide function supports up to four logic operations per chip for both TTL and CMOS levels. The combined input and output impedance of the DM74AS1805N is far higher than that of conventional TTL devices so it is less susceptible to noise and other external interference.
