The DM74LS75N is an octal latch with both an active-low enable input (LE) and separate active-low reset inputs (RR). The DM74LS75N’s robust latch design incorporates both hot plugging and live insertion capabilities. This capability enables the normal hot plugging of signal pins, as well as power and ground, into the DM74LS75N.
