The DMV1500RF from Diodes Incorporated is a high-power monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) stabilized amplifier for use in a wide range of 5GHz to 8GHz frequency applications. This device is designed to be used in a variety of applications including base station amplifiers, radio frequency (RF) amplifiers, radio transmitters, and amplifiers.
