When the input is no longer triggered, the thyristor switch in the output side turns off and isolates the load from the power AC source. This behavior is caused by the sudden increase in the gate current when the opto-isolator in the input side is triggered.The output circuit has a built-in snubber network with a zener diode and gate resistor to protect against surge voltages and prevent electrical arcing. The maximum load capacity of the DR4560D60J is 60A @ 440VAC, with a zero-crossing function of 0.4~3s adjustable.
