DRV101TG3 is a breakdown voltage higher, on-resistance lower, low cost, low capacitance, high power MOSFET driver, which is suitable for small to medium power consumer applications, industrial, and medical applications. It consist of six N-channel MOSFETs, four with a nominal drain-source breakdown voltage of 100V, one with a nominal drain-source breakdown voltage of 60V and one with a rated breakdown voltage of 30V. This makes the DRV101TG3 ideal for applications such as motor drive and lighting control. The DRV101TG3 is capable of controlling six N-channel MOSFETs from one input to drive up to 4A.
