PMIC (Power Management IC) - Supervisors refer to integrated circuits that enable a power supply chain to monitor any rail associated with controlling the device. It is designed to detect abnormality in system voltage as well as input voltage, generate a reset signal to the system, and protect the system from going through an unexpected power failure.
