Working Principle of DS28CZ04G-4+T
The DS28CZ04G-4+T device includes a secure memory block with 4K bits of unprotected memory and 128 bits of protected memory that is intended for sensitive and secure data. The device also includes scratchpad memory, and it is equipped with a fast write capability that enables the device to transfer data into and out of the protected memory in just a few microseconds. Furthermore, the device is capable of providing an authentication challenge/response mechanism.
