The DS28EL15Q+U is an ultra-low power, secure, 2kb serial 1-wire EEPROM with an embedded SHA-256 cryptographic engine. The DS28EL15Q+U is part of the DS28EL1x family, which includes byte-level write-protection and data security features such as write-protect commands, user-configurable 64-bit passwords, and write lock. The 1-Wire bus provides two-way communication between the master and the device, allowing the master to read data, write data, and verify the integrity of the data stored on the device.
