Pin configurable/selectable oscillators are common in a range of applications, including in clock generation, timing, and clock synchronization circuits. The DSC2011FI1-F0017 is a high-performance CMOS pin configurable oscillator that uses a single-pin input port to select any of four available frequencies. It can be used to generate a clock signal at one of four frequencies – 4, 8, 16 or 32 MHz, with an accuracy of ±10ppm. This oscillator is designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of power supplies, with a low supply voltage of 1.2V and high frequency stability at temperatures between -40°C and +85°C.

The DSC2011FI1-F0017 uses a pin-configurable selection circuit that requires a single-pin voltage to select from four available frequencies. This feature offers great flexibility in system design, as the chip can be used in a variety of applications using the same oscillator.
