The DSEI2X161-02P is a diode-rectifier array designed to provide a low loss, bi-directional DC voltage conversion and/or current blocking solution. This device utilizes two high current 16A/200V Schottky Barrier rectifiers combined with an integrated daughter board form factor to provide the necessary current and voltage blocking capability. This diode-rectifier array is a popular choice for applications which require both high current handling capability and the integrated daughter board form factor.
The DSEI2X161-02P works by providing a low-loss, bi-directional DC voltage conversion and/or current blocking solution. The device utilizes two high current 16A/200V Schottky Barrier rectifiers and an integrated daughter board form factor to provide the necessary current and voltage blocking capability. By using the diode-rectifier array, current is allowed to pass in one direction, while blocking voltage in the other.
