It features a 16 bit microprocessor core, 64Kwords of flash program memory, and 14Kbytes of RAM. It also offers four Timer/Counters, four Captures/Compares, a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital (A/D) Converter, five serial ports, and 31 digital I/O pins.
