E329 is a type of sensor often used in daily production and cooling processes for measuring the temperature. It is a thermocouple cold junction compensation and thermoelement cold junction temperature measuring device. This device can measure temperatures up to 1500°C. It is also mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, and other industries.The E329 is composed of a temperature sensor, a thermocouple, a hot junction cold junction compensation (CJC) circuit, an A/D converter, and a display unit. The CJC circuit continuously adjusts the cold junction temperature of the thermocouple to ensure accurate temperature measurement. The thermocouple is used to measure temperature. The resistance of the thermocouple changes with the temperature.The thermocouple is a thermoelectric field (TEF) device. When there is an imbalance in the thermoelectric field, a current will flow, the magnitude of which is proportional to the magnitude of the thermoelectric field.The A/D converter changes the thermocouple\'s voltage signal into digital data, and then transmits data to the display unit to display the temperature information. The display unit is usually equipped with keyboard input device, data storage, communication interface and other components.The E329 temperature sensor uses the 1-wire open wire communication protocol, which is computerized, can store data, and can easily perform remote monitoring and data transmission.The working principle of E329 can be divided into four steps.The first step is the thermal conversion of the thermocouple. The thermocouple is composed of two different metallic materials in contact with each other. When one end of the thermocouple contacts the body with a different temperature, an electromotive force (EMF) is generated at the other end.The second step is cold junction compensation. The CJC circuit is used to measure the temperature of the sensor cold end (cold junction temperature). The CJC circuit automatically compensates for the voltage drop caused by the cold junction temperature, and obtains the correct thermal characteristics from the thermocouple.The third step is data acquisition. The A/D converter samples and converts the analog thermocouple voltage signal into a digital signal.The fourth step is the display. The digital signal is sent to the display unit, and then the display unit can display the temperature information.The E329 temperature sensor is widely used in temperature control and temperature measurement in the industrial production process, such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Its accuracy and stability are very high, enabling accurate measurement and monitoring of industrial production processes.
