The E5ER-PRQ43F-FLK AC100-240 is an advanced yet simple-to-use temperature and process controller from the Controllers - Process, Temperature range. It is used to regulate temperatures and other processes in many industries and applications including food production, chemical manufacturing, brewing, refrigeration, air conditioning, water systems and even petrochemical industries.The controller includes a full range of advanced features, including digital monitoring and control, LED display, temperature calibration, storable temperature references, digital inputs and outputs, process alarms, and more. The controller has a temperature range of -40 to +500 C, and is capable of accepting AC100-240 voltage or 3-32VDC.In order to use the controller, the user must first calibrate the temperature and the process. Temperature calibration is done by setting two reference points, for example, setting the lower limit to -20 C and the upper limit to +120 C. The user must then adjust the correct temperature (in this example, it would be 100 C) on the digital display. Once the temperature has been determined, the user must input the exact amount of process they need the controller to regulate. Process is measured by an input such as a 4-20mA current signal, and can be set for any given application ranging from moving air through water tanks to controlling the level of chemicals in solution. Once the temperature and process have been set, the controller takes over and does all the work itself. It regulates the temperature and process in the selected range and according to the provided input. The digital display shows the current temperature and process level, as well as any alarm conditions that may have been set.
